• Your child's name and grade level (optional, for personalization)
• Payment information — processed securely by Stripe; we never store card details
• Practice activity (which questions you answered and whether they were correct)
• Basic usage data (pages visited, session duration) via analytics

How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage your account
• To process subscription payments and grant full access
• To track practice progress and show you where to improve
• To send transactional emails (account confirmation, password reset, subscription receipts)
• To improve our question bank and product based on usage patterns

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising profiling.

Children's Privacy (COPPA)

TestPrepKids accounts are created by parents or guardians — not by children directly. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The child's name and grade are optional fields provided by the parent for display purposes only and are not shared with any third party.

If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child under 13 without parental consent, contact us at support@testprepkids.com and we will delete it promptly.

Third-Party Services

• Stripe — Payment processing. Subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy.
• SendGrid (Twilio) — Transactional email delivery.
• Analytics — Aggregate, anonymized usage statistics only.

Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g., payment records).

Your Rights

You may at any time:

• Request a copy of the data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings

We use a single authentication cookie (tpk_token) to keep you logged in. This cookie is httpOnly, secure, and contains no personally identifiable information beyond your encrypted session. We do not use third-party tracking cookies.
